Why We Care
Locally owned and operated since the beginning, you can expect us to be committed to doing business honestly and ethically. We believe that it’s our responsibility to take a proactive, long-term approach to how we contribute back to the communities and environment that has helped us grow.
Going Green Initiative
We recognize our responsibility to do our part in ensuring a healthy planet through environmentally-friendly business practices. This is why we have worked tirelessly to ensure that we leave this planet in better condition than we found it.
We take waste management very seriously, which is why we have a company-wide initiative that ensures all manufacturing waste is recycled correctly.
We’re eliminating wasteful and unnecessary packaging elements and encourage you to recycle the packaging we provide.
We believe that giving back to the environment is crucial. That’s why we donate part of our profits to help with environmental preservation.
We’re always looking for ways we can reduce waste through sustainable business practices and the use of eco-friendly materials.
We are proud to support the Arbor Day Foundation in its mission to plant, nurture, and celebrate trees. Through our partnership, we’re supporting efforts to plant trees in the Econfina Creek and Chipola River Watersheds in Florida. By working together, we will make a tangible impact on our environment while also helping to solve some of the world’s most pressing problems. You can be a part of this great work, too! When you purchase one of our grain mills between now and the end of the year, the Arbor Day Foundation will plant a tree. Together, we can all help fight climate change and protect our planet.
We are proud to support the Dr. Susan Love Foundation in its mission to end breast cancer. Our passion for breast cancer research and awareness stems from our employees, many of whom have had loved one’s battle breast cancer. We can think of no better way to honor their courage and strength than to support this cause. The Foundation drives collaborative, cutting-edge research with nontraditional partners, brings to light the collateral damage of treatment, seeks ways to diminish it, and interprets science to empower patients. When you purchase one of our Limited-Edition Pink Harvest grain mills 10% of the proceeds will be donated to the Dr. Susan Love Foundation.
