Unplug the immersion blender before cleaning. Remove blades before cleaning. DO NOT immerse the unit or cord in water. Clean the unit with a damp cloth. Rinse the chopping end with hot running water, mild dish soap may be used, do not use abrasive cleaners. The NutriBlend blades can be cleaned in hot soapy water or the top rack of a dishwasher. However, after processing salty food, rinse the blades underwater before loading into the dishwasher.

Yes. You can process hot ingredients with a NutriMill Immersion Blender. Process using extreme caution, it is highly advised that you do not fill the container you are using high, as hot liquids spill easier than cold or room temperature ones, and are dangerous when they do.

Yes, we recommend using the Multi-Purpose Blade and a metal container.

The blades are sharp. Handle with care. Unplug the power cord when changing blades or accessories. Use the Blade Remover to gently slide under the blade and carefully push up until the blade comes off.

Multi-Purpose Blade: Cuts, chips, and purees raw or cooked vegetables, fruit, meat, and ice cubes. Blends soups and sauces. Mixer batters. Ideal for heavy ingredients.

Milk Frother: Used to froth milk or cream into the foamy toppings.

Whipping Blade: Stirs and mixes smoothies, shakes, drinks, purees, mashed potatoes, sauces, mayonnaise, etc. Ideal for food with a thick and creamy consistency. 

Meat Mincer Blade: Cuts, chops, and minces cooked or uncooked meats and vegetables. 

Beater Blade: Beats, aerates, blends eggs whites, and cream. Great for whipping soups and sauces. Ideal for foods that need to be light and fluffy.

L’Chef, LLC warrants the NutriMill Immersion Blender to be free of manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year. Defective products will be repaired or replaced with a comparable model at our sole discretion upon receiving the defective product.
