The Most Versatile Mill on The Market
Quickly and easily mill all non-oily grains, beans, and legumes. Shaped from bamboo the Harvest is elegant all while being eco-friendly and sustainable. The countertop size fits easily into any kitchen, and the adjustable texture control knob enables a choice to mill fine, medium, or coarse (cracked grain to a pasty fine flour) to fit your baking needs. The near diamond-hard corundum milling stones offer exceptional cutting performance to mill even the hardest of grains and create high-quality flour.
Milling For Everyone
The NutriMill Harvest was designed for daily use in your home. Grain mills are often thought of as wheat flour and bread-making machines but they can do so much more.
Though the NutriMill Harvest is excellent for grinding wheat it can also grind gluten-free grains, beans, lentils, rice, etc. Add quinoa flour to thicken your soups or sauces, make rice flour for baby food and bread, create your favorite whole-grain cereal with cracked grains, or make delicious brownies with fresh black bean flour.
Powerful
An industry-leading 450-watt motor coupled with near diamond hardness milling stones powers the Harvest, making sure it is ready for any grinding task.

I absolutely love this mill. I started with the wonder mill and it is a great mill too, however, steel milling heads do not grind at a coarse level nor can they produce cracked grains.
This stone mill gives me the best of both worlds. Once you get familiar with how to operate it, you can get just as fine of a grind as the steel head mills for pastrys and breads but also the option for a course grind for grits, and even coarser for cracked grains…and IT IS beautiful while doing it.
I am so glad I made this purchase, and really happy I took advantage of the flash sale to get it.
I just wish I would have bought 2 more at the same time, for my sons.
I’ll be watching for those future flash sale emails!!
I absolutely love my NutriMill. I’ve been making my own bread for years and use a quality flour from King Arthur Flour company but have always been concerned about the processing. Now I use organic wheat berries from a local farmer, ground myself, and am so pleased with the results. My neighbors help me occasionally and are happy to be paid with baked goods and they are delighted with the new breads. Not to mention that the mill looks great on my kitchen counter. I was concerned with how loud it would be after reading comments about mills using micronizers (scary) but this mill is not ear shattering, it doesn’t even disturb my cats! I give it a top rating all around.
I was making my own flours in a dedicated Vitamix carafe. It worked ok for the random addition but you can only get a couple options with this method; either various textures in one quick blend or blend the heck out of it and get really powder fine (with a few leftover bits). Really hard grains were problematic and you have a limited carafe amount per blend. Overall, it’s just a different “thing” than stone milling. I was going to get the Kitchen aid grain attachment but…in my many years of cooking, it has become obvious that usually, one appliance usually does one thing best. So I went for the Nutrimill! It’s high quality, very easy to use, the texture dial is great. It does take some getting used to, slow feed at first to not “bind the stones” but after about three attempts you start to understand how it works. Fresh flour is really, just the best thing. It has elevated all my recipes. The increase in nourishment is obvious, the taste is so.much.better. When you go back to bagged flour, you really see that it is, well, pretty much dead and starchy :(. I’ve been milling lentils to make pastas and that has been working great too! The price of the Harvest unit is really quite amazing considering the high quality and five year warranty. Take this opportunity to make real food. Very happy with my investment!

Absolutely love it! Easy to use, grinds beautifully.
