Shipping policy

Thank you for your interest in NutriMill products. In accordance with our policies, we are providing you with the necessary information regarding our delivery, shipping, and return policies.

Delivery Time: All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days, except on holidays and weekends. The delivery time of your order will depend on your shipping location. If it is a pre-order, the shipping time will vary. We ship using UPS and USPS, and all orders are shipped from St. George, Utah. During peak seasons, delays may occur which are out of our control.

Delivery Locations: Our company offers delivery services throughout the United States, which includes Alaska and Hawaii. As well as military addresses (APO, FPO). However, we do not extend our delivery services to U.S. territories. Furthermore, we only facilitate delivery to P.O. boxes provided that the cost of shipping is less than $40. It is important to note that we do not accommodate delivery of larger products such as our Mixers and Mills to P.O. boxes.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight of the purchased item, and will be shown to the customer upon checkout. However, we offer complimentary shipping for orders exceeding the amount of $100.

Tracking Information: Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. If the tracking number you receive is not working, please contact our customer service team at hello@nutrimill.com or call 801-383-1920.

Lost or Delayed Orders: Please contact your local shipping service if you do not receive your order at the estimated time. You may also contact our customer service team at hello@nutrimill.com or call 801-383-1920.

Stolen Items: once a package or packages are proven delivered* by one of our shipping carriers we will not be responsible for lost, missing, or stolen Items. *Photos and GPS coordinates are used together for proof of delivery. If the photo and coordinates do not match your shipping address, we will work with our carrier to replace the missing items. Please ensure someone is available to receive your package or that there is a secure location for delivery.

Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please log into our return portal, mark the item as damaged, and upload a picture of the damaged item. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service team at hello@nutrimill.com.

International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, if you are located in Canada, you can check our Canadian Retailer page for certified retailers to shop from.

Taxes: At the time of checkout, the final order cost will reflect the tax charges that reflect your location’s state tax laws.

Return Policy: If you wish to return an item, simply fill out the information on the return form located on our site. For detailed information, please read our return policy.
