The Most Versatile Mill on The Market

Quickly and easily mill all non-oily grains, beans, and legumes. Shaped from bamboo the Harvest is elegant all while being eco-friendly and sustainable. The countertop size fits easily into any kitchen, and the adjustable texture control knob enables a choice to mill fine, medium, or coarse (cracked grain to a pasty fine flour) to fit your baking needs. The near diamond-hard corundum milling stones offer exceptional cutting performance to mill even the hardest of grains and create high-quality flour.

Milling For Everyone

The NutriMill Harvest was designed for daily use in your home. Grain mills are often thought of as wheat flour and bread-making machines but they can do so much more.

Though the NutriMill Harvest is excellent for grinding wheat it can also grind gluten-free grains, beans, lentils, rice, etc. Add quinoa flour to thicken your soups or sauces, make rice flour for baby food and bread, create your favorite whole-grain cereal with cracked grains, or make delicious brownies with fresh black bean flour.

Powerful

An industry-leading 450-watt motor coupled with near diamond hardness milling stones powers the Harvest, making sure it is ready for any grinding task.

Beautiful

One of the most beautiful small appliances on the market, you will want to proudly display the Harvest flour mill on your countertop. Choose from a variety of colors to match your unique kitchen style.

I love my Nutrimill Harvest! The only thing that I was disappointed about was that the finest setting wasn't as fine as I was expecting for my whole wheat flour. I troubleshoot this by milling my grains twice; first on a medium-coarse setting and then re-milling on the finest setting and it comes out beautifully the second time! I love how beautiful the appliance is and I can leave it on my counter for easy access.

The flour is as fresh as can be and so so smooth. Baking with it is such a pleasure knowing my family is getting the best nutrition from freshly ground flour!

Q & A

Question
What is a large amount of flour to grind? Will the Harvest grind 4 1/3 cups of flour without getting hot? Cindy asked on April 4, 2022
Answer
The Harvest can run almost indefinitely. However, if you plan on milling 50 pounds worth of grains or more at one time we recommend resting the machine every 10 minutes. NutriMill Team answered on April 20, 2022 store managerstore manager

Question
Why, if I just slightly back off the stones from touching, I only get, at best, a cracked flour [from Hard Red WW] I have to mill each batch 4 times to get a reasonably fine flour. Each time I can turn the knob a bit more CW before the stones hit. Seems like the berries are pushing the stones apart. When milling 2,3,4 times I have to push the flour in the hopper as it won't free feed. I've never been able to get a fine flour with less than 3 passes through the mill. Craig Whitley asked on April 4, 2022
Answer
The way the Harvest Mill works is when the Knob in the Grain Hopper Bowl is turned clockwise this brings the 2 Milling stones closer together. So, a couple of steps to follow each time you use the Mill are: • Turn on the Mill • Turn the Knob clockwise until you hear the Milling Stones start to touch (do not back-off when they touch) • Pour the grain in the Hopper Bowl • Continue turning the Knob clockwise until you reach the desired flour texture (When milling corn or legumes you may need to turn the Knob counterclockwise for the grain to feed because of the larger size) • After all the grain has been milled and before turning off the Mill turn the Knob counterclockwise until you do not hear the Milling Stones touching (This will help ensure the Mill will start right up the next time you use it) • Turn off the Mill NutriMill Team answered on April 22, 2022 store managerstore manager

Question
Hello… I was using my mill at a finer level. It appears the grains “cooked” onto the stone (both sides). It is a thin film but it has made certain areas of the stone smooth. What should I do? Please contact me if you have questions. Jay Gilbreath asked on February 15, 2022
Answer
It sounds as though the milling stones are glazed. Please refer to the "Glazed Stones - Troubleshoot" video here for assistance: https://www.nutrimill.com/harvest-resources/ Feel free to also contact us at service@lchef.com NutriMill Team answered on February 16, 2022 store managerstore manager

Question
how long do those milling stones last before needing to replace them. Mark asked on February 5, 2022
Answer
The milling stones in our Harvest Grain Mill will last the product's lifetime if they are taken care of properly. If they need replacement, we offer a 5-year warranty on them. If your mill is out of warranty or if you need new stones due to gluten sensitivity, we sell the milling stones separately here: https://www.nutrimill.com/product/gluten-free-kit/.
